1995 – Peter William Chase, 59, died Saturday at home in Fort Wayne.
Born in Star Lake, NY, August 22, 1943, he was a son of Morris and Grace Benton Chase. He was a Truck Driver with Evans Equipment Company and was a member of Kingdom Hall Jehovah Witness – Edgewood.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret Chase of Fort Wayne; three sons, Scott W. and wife, Margie of Peru, IN, Michael E. and wife, Tammy and Joshua A. both of Fort Wayne; two daughters, Dawn M. Lahrman and husband, Jeffrey and Balinda E. Hooker and husband, David, all of Fort Wayne: father Morris E. Chase of New York: sisters, Judy Kelly of Alaska, Sharon Warrner of Massachusetts and Ellen Curtis of New York: brothers, Jerry Finley and Lockie Jeffrie both of New York, five grandchildfren, Max Chase, Lindsey Hooker, Codey Chase, Cheyenne Chase and Samantha Budd.
He was prceeded in death by his mother, Grace Chase and grandson Kyle Chase.
Services 1 p.m. Thursday at D.O. McComb & Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Rd. Calling 2 to 5 & 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens.
